Active Turnaround

It is, unfortunately, all too common for companies to stumble towards liquidation because directors lack the knowledge to reverse the decline of a company and receive insufficient support from their professional advisers. In many of these cases a proper focus on the problems could have saved the companies and the associated jobs.

Our Active Turnaround service is designed to provide such a focus and to work closely with a company's management, typically over a 6 to 12 month period, helping to formulate and implement a strategy to turn the fortunes of the company around and ensure its future prosperity.

When we were first introduced to Gilliland & Company we had just completed 2 years of heavy losses and saw no way that the company could survive. Now two years later we are earning six figure profits, have cleared our debts ahead of schedule and have re-established the company in the market place. Without the commitment of Gilliland to help us reverse the position we were in the company would not be here.
