• We operate a database of individuals who may be prepared to invest in projects where private equity investment may be a more appropriate source of finance than the financial institutions.
• We conduct due diligence reporting on behalf of clients seeking to make acquisitions and also on behalf of financial institutions to assist in their lending decisions.
• We have considerable expertise in structuring deals to allow to proceed viable projects which might not otherwise get off the ground.
